Who is McLain's Automotive?
McLain's Automotive is an engine building service dedicated
to providing the high quality workmanship and attention to detail
that can make you a winner. We are a full service machine shop
that builds engines on a custom basis for nearly any application.
I enjoy building engines for circle track racing where various
sanctioning body imposed restrictions are in place,such as two
barrel carburetors, rules-specified intakes, iron heads etc. If
you race under rules like these we just might be able to find
you some more power. Running in a "lower" class does
not mean you can't benefit from a well thought out, developed
and dyno tested engine package. If you're not running one, you
